Thank you for agreeing to use The Collegescape, LLC to provide for your college transition needs. We take pride in providing the best educational services with highly qualified and screened professionals in order to provide your student with the best opportunity for the optimal college transition.

You are agreeing to the rates and indicated timeframes as selected with the package or service that you have elected. All payments are due prior to the time services are rendered unless otherwise approved. Paid sessions with our Collegescape experts are non-transferrable.

We expect our employees to prompt and professional. Likewise, in order to maximize session productivity, we expect your student to be timely and properly prepared with materials and limited disruptions in their environment. Sessions will occur in Zoom unless noted otherwise and will be recorded to ensure safety and security.

 

Cancellations
Our goal is to provide your student with the quality training in the areas that you have designated. We cannot and do not, however, guarantee any specific results, academic improvements or college acceptance.

We know your time is valuable, and ours is too. Out of respect for our staff and our other clients, we ask that you give us at least 24 hours notice if you need to reschedule an appointment. Any appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will not be rescheduled or refunded.

We reserve the right to refuse and/or terminate services at any time. Likewise, you have the right to terminate services at your sole discretion. However, no refunds will be issued.

This letter sets forth the terms of our understanding. There are no other terms and agreements with respect to these services unless in writing signed by you as a parent/supporter and an authorized representative of the The Collegescape.
